Booking and Hire Terms & Conditions

SECTION A: GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL BOOKINGS

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance
  • 1.1 All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a mandatory advance payment.
  • 1.2 The advance ensures reservation of the vehicle and scheduling of services.
2. Security Deposit
  • 2.1 A refundable security deposit may be applicable for trips involving children under the age of 14.
  • 2.2 Parents/Guardians must ensure appropriate supervision and care of children at all times.
  • 2.3 Grandios Mobility Pvt Ltd is not liable for any injuries or incidents involving infants or children.
3. Vehicle Usage & Passenger Conduct
  • 3.1 Passengers are strictly prohibited from tampering with, misusing, or attempting to steal any part of the vehicle including fittings, AV systems, or other accessories.
  • 3.2 Any damages or thefts will be subject to prosecution under Indian law and recovery of the cost.
  • 3.3 Passengers must engage with Grandios staff and chauffeurs in a polite and professional manner.
4. Legal Compliance
  • 4.1 The vehicle shall not be used for transporting illegal goods, narcotics, arms, explosives, or excess currency in violation of Indian laws.
  • 4.2 Grandios Mobility Private Limited reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
5. Decoration and Customization
  • 5.1 Any temporary decoration of the vehicle (e.g., for weddings) requires documented prior approval.
  • 5.2 Unauthorized modifications or decor will result in penalties or cancellation of service.
6. Safety & Itinerary Adherence
  • 6.1 Passengers must comply with Indian road safety regulations and must not pressurize drivers to violate them.
  • 6.2 Journeys must strictly follow the pre-approved itinerary. Any overuse will be billed at a minimum of 0.5-day charges and may incur further penalties if subsequent bookings are impacted.
7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
  • 7.1 Passengers are expected to maintain cabin cleanliness.
  • 7.2 Waste must be disposed of in provided bins or at legal public disposal points only.
8. Trip Abortion or Cancellation by Grandios
  • 8.1 Grandios Mobility Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or abort any trip in cases of - Natural calamities, Riots or Strikes, Pandemic, Passenger Misconduct or Mechanical Breakdowns.
9. Monitoring & Surveillance
  • 9.1 All vehicles are equipped with CCTV for safety, and passengers acknowledge this before boarding.
10. Vehicle Condition & Failure Disclaimer
  • 10.1 While all vehicles are maintained per manufacturer standards, electronic/mechanical failures may occur.
  • 10.2 Passengers are expected to cooperate during any technical delays.
11. Safety Facilities
  • 11.1 Government-prescribed first-aid kits and SoS tools are available in all vehicles.
  • 11.2 These may be used during emergencies.
12. Insurance Coverage
  • 12.1 Vehicles, drivers, and passengers are insured per Indian motor transport regulations.
  • 12.2 Claims will follow standard processes as prescribed by the insurer.
  • 12.3 Passengers are encouraged to opt for additional third-party travel insurance.

SECTION B: INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS (B2C)

1. ID Verification
  • 1.1 Individuals must provide valid Government ID proof for booking confirmation.
2. Refund & Cancellation
  • 2.1 Cancellations made more than 72 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund minus administrative charges.
  • 2.2 Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
3. Special Requests
  • 3.1 Individual clients requesting special seating arrangements, refreshments, or AV support must notify at least 48 hours in advance.
  • 3.2 Special arrangements are not guaranteed and will be subject to availability of resources and will attract additional billing.
4. Privacy & Experience
  • 4.1 The Grandios experience includes curated services. Passengers are requested to refrain from interfering with the standard presentation of the vehicle.

SECTION C: BUSINESS BOOKINGS (B2B)

1. Corporate Agreements
  • 1.1 Businesses may opt for retainer-based contracts or on-demand bookings.
  • 1.2 All B2B partnerships must be signed under a formal agreement.
2. Payment Terms
  • 2.1 Corporate clients may be extended credit lines as per agreement.
  • 2.2 Payments are to be settled within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Custom Branding
  • 3.1 Custom vehicle branding is possible upon approval and with applicable charges.
  • 3.2 Branding must be non-invasive and removable without damage.
4. Bulk Bookings & Events
  • 4.1 Bulk booking discounts are available subject to volume.
  • 4.2 Cancellation of bulk bookings will follow different terms, as defined in respective contracts.
5. Dedicated Concierge Services
  • 5.1 Grandios may provide dedicated concierge support for large corporate events, weddings, or international delegations.

SECTION D: JURISDICTION & DISPUTES

  • 1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • 2. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
  • 3. Grandios Mobility Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice via its website.
